NOTE: In the event you bought a package wrongly, owners have the right to decide if we should refund if you ask for it. E.g. a case which the player constantly decides to pick the
wrong package will be denied refund. However, we will update your rank according to the total donation amount of the player.
Even though there is no refund, please do not hesitate to ask for a rank upgrade if you donated a sufficient amount of money. We are able to track how much a player has donated.
